Hiroyasu Kawate, the chef of French two-star Michelin restaurant Florilège, where he strives to add value to everyday easily available to anyone. With a cooking style he says evolves little by little, he sees similarities in the Audi e-tron Sportback, which continues to evolve little by little as an electric car.
