"Driven Flavors" is a series of four documentary-style videos intertwining the expertise of Japanese Michelin-starred chefs with the innovation of Audi's latest lineup. These restaurants are winners in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2022.
This particular episode features the Michelin Green award, presented to restaurants that incorporate ingredients and food cultures from all over Japan into modern Italian cuisine. This combination of tradition and innovation promoting cutting-edge cuisine while actively promoting sustainability.
Kotaro Noda, who works in both Rome and Tokyo, is the chef of Faro, a one-star Italian restaurant in Tokyo's Ginza district, and says “We will transmit innovation born from tradition to the world from Ginza." Noda likens the Audi e-tron GT to his restaurant in the way it evolves while taking tradition into account.
